About Consulak
Our company was founded in 2009 with Wilson's individualized services in dairy plants throughout rural MG. Over the years, Consulak continues to add knowledge and technical services to the sector throughout Latin America.
Consulak offers a range of services ranging from registration and adaptation of dairies in the SIF, SIE, and SIM inspection services to specialized training. With over 20 years of experience, the company also works in creating and adapting labels according to current legislation, visual identity development, and quality programs, always aiming to take our clients' businesses to the next level.
Consulak's approach is centered on three fundamental pillars for the success of any company: process, management, and culture. The company emphasizes that growing in the dairy business is not a matter of luck, but of having these three gears turning together, in harmony.
The Founder
Wilson Silva, born in Juiz de Fora (MG), graduated as an Agroindustry Technician from the Federal Agrotechnical School of Bambuí, where he discovered his passion for dairies. He began his career in Lavras and, in 2009, started working as a technical consultant, specializing in projects and dairy registrations in rural Minas Gerais.
In 2011, he married Juliana, with whom he has three children — Pedro, Gabriel, and Raul. In 2015, he took over a dairy in Icaraí de Minas, strengthening his experience in industrial management.
Since 2018, he has been expanding Consulak's operations, now a national reference in projects, labeling, PAC, and management mentoring, combining practical experience and strategic vision to boost the growth of the dairy sector across the country.
